Due to hygienic standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they’ve been purchased.

In the rare case your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the item and packaging. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
