Shipping is always free.
No minimums. No surprise fees. Every order ships via standard delivery with tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 10 business days after your payment has cleared through your bank or financial institution. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

U.S. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days after processing. Please note, carrier delays or weather may affect shipping times.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Isla Flamingo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. We recommend shipping to a secure location. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
